Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

What are non-refundable products?

Various types of merchandise are exempt from return. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept special products, sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Returns and exchanges of underwear and face masks are not accepted due to hygiene conditions. For the same reasons, the product cannot be exchanged or returned for bikini bottoms and swimwear in which the original protective tape has been removed or damaged. In order to return cosmetics and personal care products, their packaging must be unopened and intact and the products must be unused. Book products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

If the product arrives damaged,

The product received may be different in size, color, etc. from the product ordered. If it came this way.

If customers receive the product/s in a damaged condition or the product/s are not as ordered, they must notify us by following these steps:

The customer must create a return request by contacting the following email: support@filbuk.com and submitting the request. The application will be evaluated after it is received. In the event of approval, the procedures for returning the product will be initiated.


Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed and the refund will be automatically applied to your bank card or payment method that you used within a few days.

Late or incomplete refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, double check your bank account first.

Contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is issued.

Product replacement

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
